Job Summary
Remote Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) to join Headway’s platform. Credentialing for free across multiple states within ~30 days; opportunity to launch or grow a private practice by accepting insurance. Must be fully licensed (LMHC, LPCMH, or LIMHP), have a valid NPI and malpractice insurance. Headway supports providers with credentialing, compliance resources, access to Medicare Advantage and Medicaid networks, built-in EHR, scheduling tools, secure client messaging, documented templates, CEUs via Headway Academy, and dependable bi-weekly payments to help grow practices. The role focuses on helping clients access care by enabling insurance participation through Headway’s network; providers can start seeing insured clients sooner through the platform.
Required Qualifications
- Master’s level licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) with LMHC, LPCMH, or LIMHP licensure (state-accepted)
- valid NPI number
