Required Qualifications
- Masters degree in Mental Health Counseling or equivalent
- Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) or equivalent (LMHC, LPCMH, LIMHP) with state licensure
- Valid NPI number
- Malpractice insurance
- Ability to launch or expand private practice and accept insurance
- Credentialing in multiple states (free credentialing with Headway)
- In-network with major plans (Medicare Advantage, Medicaid)
- Fully licensed by applicable state boards
- Experience with EHR systems and practice management tools
- Wage structure includes bi-weekly payments
- CEUs through Headway Academy
