Job Summary
Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) needed to join CHE Behavioral Health Services’ clinician-led, APA-approved team. Provide brief, focused therapy sessions to adults and geriatric residents, conduct initial assessments, update treatment plans, and document sessions to meet compliance and billing standards. Collaborate with nurses, rehab staff, and other providers to discuss care needs and behavioral concerns; connect with family members as needed and coordinate follow-ups. Schedule is Mon–Fri, 7 AM–7 PM with no nights, weekends, or on-call; work in partnered facilities with a consistent caseload. Compensation ranges from $80,000 to $100,000 annually (FT). Benefits include medical/dental/vision, 401(k) with match, PTO/holidays, CEUs, and EMR-based documentation.
Required Qualifications
- Master’s degree
- Active LMHC license
- No associate or limited licenses
