Job Summary
Provide individual therapy to adult and geriatric residents, conduct initial assessments and update treatment plans, and collaborate with nurses, rehab staff, and providers to address behavioral needs. Document sessions, treatment plans, and required notes to meet compliance and billing standards, communicate with families when needed, and manage scheduling for next-day care. Enjoy a consistent, daytime schedule (Mon–Fri) with no nights, weekends, or on-call, and work across partnered facilities with a focus on flexibility and work-life balance in a clinician-led, APA-approved behavioral health team.
Required Qualifications
- Master’s degree
- Active LMHC license
