LMFT Associate

LMFT Associate/LICSW/LMHC — join Rula's therapist network in Washington as a 1099 contractor delivering telehealth therapy to individuals, couples and families. Providers have schedule autonomy, no minimum caseloads, and receive admin/claims/billing support from Rula; credentialing with insurance partners is accelerated to enable client access within a month. Compensation is $80 per hourly session (53 minutes) with biweekly direct deposit and guaranteed payment for no-shows and late cancellations. Responsibilities include conducting telehealth sessions, maintaining EHR notes, accepting insurance, coordinating with Rula for referrals, and managing your availability while Rula handles administrative tasks and billing. Must be licensed in WA (LMFT/LICSW/LMHC) with a valid NPI and able to provide telehealth; this role is remote-friendly in WA.
