Job Summary
Contract-based LMFT Associate needed to join Rula’s therapist network in WA. Telehealth delivery with 1099 contractor status, no minimum caseloads, and complete schedule autonomy. Rula handles administrative-heavy lifting including insurance enrollment, billing, claims, EHR, and claims processing; you focus on delivering quality client care. Quick credentialing support, best-fit client referrals, and dedicated remote-friendly practice with private sessions. Requires licensure in WA (LMFT/LICSW/LMHC), valid NPI, and ability to provide telehealth. Remote work available with flexible scheduling and ongoing professional development resources.
Required Qualifications
- Must be licensed as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) or Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC)
- Valid NPI
- Must be licensed in Washington
- Must be able to provide telehealth
