Job Summary
LMFT Associate needed to join Rula's therapist network as a 1099 contractor licensed in WA. Provide telehealth therapy to individuals, couples, and families; complete credentialing with insurance partners; flexible schedule with autonomy over availability; admin tasks handled by Rula (billing, claims, EHR, and scheduling support). Must hold an active LMFT/LICSW/LMHC license, have a valid NPI, be licensed in Washington, and be able to provide telehealth. Remote work available with no minimum caseloads; location hints include WA and Plano, TX for potential remote/offices. The role focuses on delivering quality client care while leveraging Rula's administrative support and clinician development program.
Required Qualifications
- Must be licensed as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) or Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC)
- Valid NPI
- Must be licensed in Washington
- Must be able to provide telehealth
