Job Summary
LMFT Associate role with Rula’s network of licensed clinicians. 1099 contractor status in Washington; telehealth delivery with private practice autonomy. Compensation provided as hourly session pay (LMHC: $80 per 53-minute session). Extensive administrative support provided by the company (billing, claims, EHR, credentialing guidance) to allow clinicians to focus on client care. Flexible scheduling, no minimum caseloads, and access to client referrals and professional development resources within a supportive telehealth-driven platform.
Required Qualifications
- Must be licensed as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) or Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC)
- Valid NPI
- Must be licensed in Washington
- Must be able to provide telehealth
