Job Summary
Join Rula as an LMFT Associate in a telehealth-capable, contractor role within a licensed-provider network in Washington. You’ll operate as a 1099 contractor with schedule autonomy, benefiting from admin support handling billing, claims, EHR, and insurance enrollment, while you focus on delivering client care. The role offers private-practice-style clinical work with the freedom to choose your caseload, credentialing assistance to expedite insurance partnerships, and access to client referrals. Key setup includes credentialing support, telehealth delivery, ability to determine your availability, and collaboration within a growing therapist community. You’ll provide therapy sessions (53 minutes) to individuals, couples, and families, maintain notes, and leverage administrative resources provided by Rula.
Required Qualifications
- Must be licensed as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) or Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC)
- Valid NPI
- Must be licensed in Washington
- Must be able to provide telehealth
