Job Summary
LMFT Associate needed to join Rula's network of licensed clinicians delivering telehealth services to individuals, couples, and families in Washington. Contractors are 1099 with no minimum caseloads and complete schedule autonomy. The role offers quick credentialing with insurance-partner enrollment, complete schedule flexibility, and admin support (billing, claims, EHR, and related tasks) handled by Rula. Clients are referred through the platform, and you decide how many sessions to conduct and when. Compensation is $80 per hourly session (53 minutes), paid biweekly via direct deposit, with payment protection for no-shows/late cancellations/denied claims. Telehealth capability is required; ongoing professional development via CEU courses is provided, and a robust clinical learning environment supports clinical excellence. Location/remote details include telehealth work in Washington (WA) and remote opportunities for rapid-city SD with company-backed administrative infrastructure.
Required Qualifications
- Must be licensed as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) or Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC)
- Valid NPI
- Must be licensed in Washington
- Must be able to provide telehealth
