Job Summary
LMFT Associate position with Rula as a 1099 contractor for telehealth in Colorado. Join a network of licensed providers delivering care to individuals, couples, and families, while Rula handles administrative tasks, billing, claims, EHR, and insurance enrollment. Roles include choosing your own client schedule with complete autonomy, receiving best-fit client referrals, and credentialing support to get credentialed with insurers in under a month. Must be licensed LMFT/LCSW/LPC with a valid NPI and be licensed in Colorado; telehealth capability required. Compensation is $70 per 53-minute session, with guaranteed biweekly direct deposit and payment protection for no-shows/late cancellations/denied claims. Remote work opportunity with Fort Collins, CO as a listed location; flexible private-practice style with admin handled by Rula, ongoing clinical development, and access to a supportive therapist community.
Required Qualifications
- Must be licensed as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) or Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC)
- Valid NPI
- Must be licensed in Colorado
- Must be able to provide telehealth
