Job Summary
LMFT Associate opportunity with Rula: a telehealth-focused behavioral health network. Contractors (1099) provide therapy to individuals, couples, and families with full scheduling autonomy, while Rula handles insurance billing, credentialing support, EHR, and other admin. Compensation is $80 per hourly session (53 minutes) with biweekly guaranteed direct-deposit payments; no minimum caseload. The role emphasizes private-practice-style client care delivered via telehealth, credentialing assistance to get clinicians credentialed quickly, and access to best-fit client referrals. Therapists can decide how many clients to see and when, while Rula provides dedicated support, case consultations, CEU resources, and a growing clinician community. License types accepted include LMFT, LICSW, and LMHC; active WA licensure and ability to provide telehealth are required; remote work is supported.
Required Qualifications
- Must be licensed as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) or Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC)
- Valid NPI
