Job Summary
LMFT Associate contractor opportunity in Washington for telehealth therapy with Rula. Licensed clinicians (LMFT/LICSW/LMHC) needed to join a network of providers offering telehealth services to individuals, couples, and families. 1099 contract role with no minimum caseload, complete schedule autonomy, and administrative support including credentialing and insurance processing. You’ll decide your availability, receive referrals, and focus on delivering quality client care while Rula handles billing, claims, EHR, and related admin. Must maintain current license in WA, provide telehealth, and hold an active NPI. Compensation is $80 per hour per 53-minute session, paid biweekly, with guaranteed payment and protections for no-shows/late cancellations/denied claims. Remote work available; Des Moines, IA and WA remote options listed for locations. The role emphasizes clinical excellence, ongoing CEU opportunities, and a supportive clinician community.
Required Qualifications
- Must be licensed as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) or Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC)
- Valid NPI
- Must be licensed in Washington
- Must be able to provide telehealth
