Job Summary
LMFT Associate position with Rula's telehealth network in Washington and Florida (Miami). 1099 contractor role offering schedule autonomy and private-practice-like independence while receiving admin support for billing, claims, and insurance credentialing. Compensation is $80 per hourly session (53 minutes) with guaranteed biweekly direct deposit payments, revenue-protection for no-shows/late cancellations/denied claims, and access to a dedicated clinical support network, client referrals, and CEU offerings. You will determine your client load and availability, credentialing assistance will be provided, and you will focus on delivering client care while Rula handles insurance, billing, EHR, and technical support. Must hold LMFT, LICSW, or LMHC license, have a valid NPI, be licensed in Washington, and be able to provide telehealth; remote work is supported.
Required Qualifications
- Must be licensed as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) or Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC)
- Valid NPI
- Must be licensed in Washington
- Must be able to provide telehealth
