Job Summary
LMFT Associate sought to join Rula's therapist network as a 1099 contractor providing telehealth services to individuals, couples, and families in Washington. You will operate with complete schedule autonomy, receive client referrals, and have administrative tasks handled by Rula. Compensation is $80 per hourly session (53 minutes) with biweekly direct deposit and guaranteed payment for no-shows/late cancellations/denied claims. You’ll complete credentialing quickly, set your availability, and serve clients while maintaining private-practice flexibility. Minimum qualifications include licensure as LMFT/LICSW/LMHC, valid NPI, Washington licensure, and ability to provide telehealth.
