Job Summary
Provides efficient and safe delivery and pick-up of packages and documents, representing FedEx in a professional manner; operates non-articulated vehicles; ensures proper labeling, paperwork, and tax invoices; scans packages; assists with gathering new business leads and answers customer questions about FedEx services; maintains vehicle condition and safety; performs loading/unloading and basic vehicle maintenance; ensures security of packages and compliance with service standards; requires high school diploma/Equivalent preferred and at least 1 year driving experience; must be 21+ and capable of lifting heavy packages; on-site role in Mexico City.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma/Equivalent preferred
- Minimum one (1) year of experience driving 3.5 ton trucks
- Must possess appropriate license for vehicle assigned in accordance with country regulations
- Good driving record
- Must be 21 years old or older
- Ability to lift 55 lbs (25 kgs) and to maneuver packages up to 150 lbs (68 kgs) with appropriate equipment
- Good verbal and writing communication skills
- Human relations and team player
- Ability to perform Reading, Map Reading, Sorting, and math sections of Basic Skills Test
- Customer oriented with good organizational skills
