Lloyds Reporting Actuary

Job Summary
Manage regulatory requirements and filings for Lloyd's syndicates and the PRA, including peer review of assumptions and technical provision calculations for Solvency II and UK GAAP. Coordinate bi-annual capital submissions to Lloyd's and the Lloyd's SBF submission while liaising with external consultants for actuarial opinions. Assist in GAAP reserving exercises and communicate results to the Syndicate Executive Committee and Board. Support the Syndicate Actuarial Function by identifying enhancements to data, calculation, and reporting processes. Requires a Bachelor's degree, actuarial qualification, and experience in reserving or capital modeling. In-office three days per week.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Industry experience ideally with a Lloyd's background in reserving, capital, or modelling roles
- Qualified/near qualified as a Fellow of the Institute and Faculty of Actuaries, or equivalent
- Ability to work occasional extended hours as required
- In this role, you will be required to be in the office 3 days per week
