Job Summary
Part-time customer support in Workington branches delivering face-to-face support to customers. You’ll handle some everyday banking tasks, but the heart of the role is helping people through important moments—offering reassurance, guidance and practical support. Tasks may include supporting someone through a bereavement, resolving a fraud concern, helping a vulnerable customer, or building confidence with digital banking. You’ll promote and support digital services, and help customers use online and mobile banking independently, while identifying opportunities to connect customers with the right products and services. The role emphasizes being calm under pressure, adaptable and empathetic, with potential progression into other roles across the Group including digital, operations, fraud, and financial planning.
