Job Summary
Branch-based customer support role focused on face-to-face customer assistance across Lloyds and Halifax branches in Oxford. Responsibilities include handling everyday banking tasks, guiding customers through important moments (bereavement support, fraud resolution, vulnerable customer assistance), promoting digital services, helping customers use online and mobile banking, and identifying opportunities to connect customers with relevant products and services. Emphasis on empathy, adaptability, calm under pressure, and delivering excellent service with potential progression into other group roles (phone, online, or web chat channels) as skills grow. Must be able to work 35 hours per week, including Saturdays; full training and a benefits package provided.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 12 months customer service experience
