Job Summary
Branch-based Customer Support role in Oxford, 35 hours per week, providing face-to-face support to customers and handling everyday banking tasks. Core duties include guiding customers through important moments (bereavement, fraud concerns, vulnerable customers), promoting and helping customers use digital banking (online and mobile), and connecting customers with appropriate products and services. The role emphasizes empathy, calmness under pressure, adaptability, and collaboration. Training will be provided, with potential progression into other roles across the Group, including digital, operations, fraud, and financial planning, through the Skill Progression Framework.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 12 months customer service experience
