Job Summary
You’ll start your journey in one of our branches, providing face-to-face support to customers in Leamington Spa as a full-time, 35-hour-per-week role (including Saturdays). Core duties include handling everyday banking tasks, supporting customers through important moments (bereavement, fraud concerns, vulnerable customers), promoting and guiding use of digital banking, and connecting customers with the right products and services. You’ll be calm under pressure, adaptable, empathetic, and collaborate closely with colleagues to ensure customers’ needs are met, with potential progression into other roles across the Group (e.g., Digital, Operations, Fraud, Financial Planning) as you develop within the Skill Progression Framework. Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 12 months customer service experience
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Empathy and integrity in customer interactions
- Ability to quickly build relationships with customers
- Willingness to learn and promote digital banking services
- Ability to work in a branch environment and handle varying customer needs
