Job Summary
Part-time Customer Support role across Lloyds Banking Group branches in Canterbury (and nearby Guildford) requiring 28 hours per week including Saturdays. You’ll start in a branch, delivering face-to-face support to customers, handling everyday banking tasks, and assisting customers through important moments such as bereavement, fraud concerns, and building confidence with digital banking. You'll promote online and mobile banking, help customers use digital services independently, and identify opportunities to connect customers with the right products and services. Key traits include being calm under pressure, adaptable, empathetic, and a genuine team player who collaborates with colleagues to meet customer needs. Required Qualifications
- A minimum of 12 months customer service experience
- A people person who can build relationships and provide excellent customer experience
- Ability to remain calm under pressure, be adaptable and empathetic, and resolve queries effectively
- Willingness to learn and grow within a large financial services organisation
