Job Summary
Part-time Customer Support role in UK branches, including Canterbury and Guildford, 28 hours/week with 3-in-4 Saturdays. Provide face-to-face support to customers, handle everyday banking tasks, and guide customers through digital services such as online and mobile banking. Build rapport, show empathy, and resolve queries including bereavement support, fraud concerns, and helping vulnerable customers. Promote digital services and connect customers with appropriate products. Opportunities to progress within the Group into additional channels (phone, online, web chat, etc.). Requires a minimum of 12 months customer service experience; must be a people person, trustworthy, patient, and able to work collaboratively with colleagues. Training will be provided to cover banking knowledge and skills. The role emphasizes calmness under pressure, adaptability, and customer-focused service.
