Job Summary
Part-time branch-based Customer Support role in Belfast at Lloyds Banking Group, 17.5 hours/week including Saturdays. You’ll provide face-to-face support to customers, handle everyday banking tasks, offer reassurance and practical guidance during important moments (bereavement, fraud concerns, vulnerable customers), promote digital services, and help customers use online and mobile banking. You’ll adapt to different needs, build relationships, and identify opportunities to connect customers with the right products and services. Company will train you; potential progression into other roles across the Group (digital, operations, fraud, financial planning, leadership) is noted. Focus is on empathy, calmness under pressure, adaptability, and customer-centric service. Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 12 months customer service experience.
