Job Summary
Part-time, 17.5 hours per week in Belfast branches; provide face-to-face customer support, assist customers through important moments (bereavement, fraud concerns, vulnerable customers), guide and support digital banking adoption, promote and connect customers with the right products and services, collaborate with colleagues, and grow within the Lloyds Banking Group with opportunities to move into Digital, Operations, Fraud, and Financial Planning roles. Must be calm under pressure, adaptable, and empathetic; training will be provided to develop skills for handling a range of customer needs and banking tasks.
Required Qualifications
- A minimum of 12 months customer service experience
