Job Summary
Design and optimize the LLM learning pipeline to train generative language models ready for production use. Improve efficiency across pre-training and post-training processes while enhancing the accuracy, stability, and quality of generated results. Architect self-refine learning structures to enable continuous model improvement. Contribute to launching services that meet real user needs through iterative method development.
Required Qualifications
- Deep Learning 또는 NLP 관련 경력 3 년 이상 (석사 신입 지원 가능)
- Deep Learning 또는 NLP 와 관련된 폭넓은 연구 및 개발 경험
- 숙련된 프로그래밍 (Python & pytorch) 능력
- PyTorch 를 활용한 모델 설계, 학습, 평가 및 최적화 경험
- GPU 를 활용한 LLM 학습 및 Trouble shooting 능력
- 분산 학습 프레임워크 (Slurm, DDP, Horovod 등) 사용 경험
Desired Qualifications
- Deep Learning/NLP 관련 논문 제출 또는 석박사 학위 소지자
- 주요 학술 대회 (ACL, EMNLP, NeurIPS 등) 논문 발표 경험
- Docker 및 Kubernetes 에 대한 경험
- GPU 클러스터를 활용한 학습 파이프라인 설계 및 관리 경험
- GPU 를 활용한 학습 및 서비스 개발 경험
- GPU 기반의 Training 또는 Inference 시스템 구축 경험
- LLM 의 Post-training 관련 경험
- Supervised Fine-Tuning 및 Parameter Efficient Fine-Tuning 활용 경험
