Job Summary
Oversee market activities and lead routine sales planning across the full portfolio. Set SMART objectives for CR and FE team members aligned with Region/Area goals. Implement pricing strategy, discounts, and promotional campaigns to maximize sales. Expand new outlets and manage existing ones via route optimization and merchandising. Ensure POS execution standards through frequent store checks and team coaching. Work with ASM and TC to drive route profitability and identify growth opportunities. Lead Big 3 activities: Team Meetings, 1-on-1s, Work-Withs, and Field Work with CR and FE. Maintain coaching calendar and track WORK*WITH objectives and progress. Ensure clear communication on pricing, promotions, and company standards. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers in the assigned territory. Manage accounts effectively, ensuring timely payment collection and follow-up. Provide after-sales support and address customer needs proactively. Monitor delivery performance to ensure 100% fulfillment to customers. Protect company assets including AR, equipment, and signage within territory. Monitor competitor activities and provide regular feedback to maintain competitive advantage. Optimize budget spend to maximize beverage off-take in managed accounts.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or a related field
- 3–5 years of experience in FMCG or Beverage industry in a sales leadership role
- Strong selling, negotiation, and objection-handling skills
- Effective coaching and training capabilities
- Proficient in Microsoft Office; Excel expertise is a plus
