Living Well Specialist

Leading and managing the Living Well department to drive guest satisfaction and sales through training staff, inventory control, merchandising, pricing accuracy, and proactive product education. Responsibilities include supervising scheduling and performance of team members, maintaining operational binders, ordering and stock levels, backroom organization, event planning for in-store programs, and coordinating consumer education classes and community outreach. Requires extensive knowledge of natural body care and supplements, ability to stand for long periods, lift up to 50 pounds, and a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays.
