Job Summary
Living Shores - Guest Experience Host is responsible for greeting guests, handling transactions at main gate ticket booths, parking, bag checks, and answering guest inquiries. Duties include selling parking passes, admission tickets, and season passes, operating POS equipment and processing credit/refund transactions in PCI-compliant manner, validating tickets, scanning passes and assisting guests with park information, and maintaining a clean, welcoming Main Gate operation. The role requires delivering exceptional customer service, resolving guest questions and concerns, managing communications, and supporting other departments as needed. Qualifications emphasize being at least 16 years old, fluent English (Spanish or another bilingual language a plus), and a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays, with reliable transportation and adherence to uniform policies. Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 16 years of age
- Ability to read, write, and speak fluent English; Spanish or other bilingual language skills are a plus
- Ability to work flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Must have reliable transportation to and from your scheduled shift
- Ability to comply with all uniform policies
- Ability to speak with guests directly while maintaining a high degree of professionalism
- Ability to follow direction, multi-task, and work as part of a team as well as independently
- Ability to stand, walk, and remain on feet for majority of the workday
- Creativity in delivering exceptional customer service
- Ability to resolve questions, problems, issues, and concerns in a positive and professional manner
