Job Summary
Greet and qualify prospects, conduct community tours, and process applications with credit screening and background checks to drive occupancy and revenue goals. Prepare lease packages, inspect units for move-in readiness, and coordinate maintenance items. Develop marketing plans to sustain occupancy while tracking availability and resident data in Yardi software. Respond promptly to resident concerns and stay informed on market conditions to secure renewals. Work a Monday-Friday schedule with rotating weekends onsite at properties.
Required Qualifications
- School or GED (General Education Diploma)
- A valid driver's license
- Monday-Friday schedule with rotating weekends

- Previous leasing experience
- Excellent organizational skills and customer service mindset
- Strong computer technology skills with basic knowledge of MS Office Suite
- Yardi/Yardi Voyager experience
