Living (Leasing) Consultant - Vista Brooklyn

Leasing Consultant responsible for greeting and qualifying prospects, conducting community tours and showing apartments, processing applications, credit and background checks, preparing lease and move-in packages, inspecting apartments pre-move-in, and coordinating maintenance items. Develops and implements short- and long-term marketing plans to sustain occupancy; uses Yardi to track availability and resident data; responds to resident questions and concerns; aims to achieve occupancy, revenue, and renewal goals. Requires strong organizational and customer-service skills, MS Office proficiency, and optionally Yardi Voyager experience; on-site Monday-Friday with potential rotating schedules; onsite property office environment with some outdoor exposure. Education: School or GED; previous leasing experience a plus; valid driver's license may be required; compensation includes benefits and housing discounts.
