Job Summary
Dairy farm Stockman responsible for the care and management of dairy cattle, calving assistance, milk production monitoring, feed preparation, housing cleanliness, and record-keeping. Requires experience in livestock health monitoring, artificial insemination/breeding, and adherence to animal welfare standards; collaboration with farm management and veterinary staff; flexibility to work various shifts in UAE farm environments.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Animal Science, Agriculture, or a related field is highly desirable
- Proven experience in livestock management, preferably with large animals
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in livestock husbandry or related roles
- Strong knowledge of animal health, behavior, and welfare practices
- Experience in record-keeping and data management related to livestock
- Ability to work collaboratively with a team as well as independently
- Physical stamina and ability to perform manual labor in various environmental conditions
- Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
- Willingness to work flexible hours and weekends as needed
- Must be readily available in UAE
