Job Summary
Livestock Handler needed to work with large livestock (cattle, pigs, horses, deer) in an outdoor, labor-intensive role. Responsibilities include working closely with livestock, cleaning and maintaining pens, fences, and barns, and operating various farm equipment. Must be able to lift 50+ pounds and 20+ pounds overhead. Position emphasizes outdoor climate exposure and physical endurance. STgenetics® emphasizes quality livestock, semen, and embryos with a global reach; experience with large animals and outdoor work is required.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma / GED preferred
- Stable work history
- Demonstrated professional experience working with large animals
- Must be able to consistently lift 50+ pounds
- Must be able to lift 20+ pounds about your head
