Job Summary
Schedule Live Scan client appointments and capture fingerprints while collecting necessary documentation, data, and fees for background screening administration. Perform Criminal and Civil background screenings and Diligent Searches in accordance with Chapters 39, 65, 435 and Department of Children and Families Policy. Assist in training and development activities. Maintain confidential information and represent the organization professionally. Clear a Level II Background screening, reference check, local background check, substance abuse screen, and E-Verify check before employment begins.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Four years computer work experience
- Valid driver's license
- Ability to represent self and the organization in a professional manner
- Ability to work independently with little direct supervision
- Ability to think and write creatively
- Ability to assess a situation and make appropriate recommendations/decisions
- Ability to research, organize and analyze data
- Ability to solve problems and think through critical, time sensitive issues
- Ability to establish and maintain relationships
- Ability to work collaboratively with staff at all levels in the organization
- Ability to follow through on commitments, projects and responsibilities
- Ability to maintain confidential information
- Strong Written and Verbal Communication
- Strong follow-up and follow through
- Strong organizational and time management
- Proficiency in Excel and Microsoft Word
- Clear a Level II Background screening (Live Scan)
- Clear a reference check
- Clear a local background check from the County in which you reside
- Clear a substance abuse screen
- Provide a copy of all degrees prior to your first day of employment
- Clear an E-Verify check
