Job Summary
UN Volunteers are sought for the Livelihood/Graduation and Economic Inclusion Associate role in Huye Field Office, UNHCR. The incumbent will support identification of opportunities to enhance graduation and economic inclusion of refugees and host communities, liaise with livelihoods partners and government actors, adapt programmes to be inclusive and market-based, and provide technical assistance on livelihoods strategies, reporting, and coordination with diverse stakeholders. The position involves collaboration with private sector and financial service providers, capacity building, information sharing, field assessments, and preparation of field reports to inform interventions and policy considerations. Strong leadership, communication, and data-analysis skills are required to implement the graduation and economic inclusion strategy and engage with partners at district level.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Development Studies, Business Administration, Social Studies or related fields
- Minimum experience: 3 years
- Language skills: English fluent, French fluent, Kinyarwanda fluent
