Job Summary
Livelihood/Graduation and Economic Inclusion Associate works under the UNHCR Huye Field Office to support identification of opportunities and alignment of humanitarian and development priorities. The role involves collaborating with UNHCR livelihoods partners, government entities, private sector and financial service providers to enhance refugee and host community economic inclusion and self-reliance; building knowledge, coordinating with stakeholders, and providing technical assistance on livelihoods, graduation strategy, and inclusive programming. The incumbent will assist with planning, monitoring and reporting, information sharing, and facilitating partnerships to ensure market-based, inclusive interventions that strengthen graduation and economic inclusion of persons of concern. Strong technical, data analysis, and communication skills are required, along with fluency in English, French, and Kinyarwanda. Female candidates are strongly encouraged to apply.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Development Studies, Business Administration, Social Studies or related fields
- Minimum experience: 3 years
