Job Summary
Answer and resolve incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat while providing accurate information and maintaining professionalism in every interaction. Collaborate with the team to ensure customer satisfaction and handle support tasks for inbound German-speaking clients. This role begins September 1 in Athens on a full-time, on-site schedule with flexible hours from 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM. Fluent German and English speakers with prior customer service experience are required to join this supportive, international team.
