Job Summary

Greet members primarily via Express Teller Machine and remote channels, assisting with deposits, withdrawals, transfers, loan payments, and card replacements. Resolve member requests using problem-solving skills and the department ticketing system for research. Maintain product knowledge to identify cross-sell opportunities and participate in promotions. Take ownership of situations within authority limits or refer cases as needed. Requires one month to twelve months of similar experience, a high school education, and bilingual ability. Schedule includes Saturdays, occasional overtime, and unpredictable hours with potential evening and weekend meetings.
