Job Summary
Oversee and motivate assigned Live Dealers and Shufflers to reach performance targets while monitoring service quality in real time during shift operations. Manage promotional activities, organize monthly team meetings for feedback, and conduct training for new and existing Game presenters to enhance customer service. Evaluate employee performance, issue discipline as required, and summarize daily work data into reports for management. Act as the primary liaison for management, representing company interests with diplomacy while immediately reporting significant incidents. Implement changes to game policies and procedures, ensuring all operations and rules are strictly observed.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- At least 1 year of management experience
- At least 1 year of gaming-related experience
- Basic computer skills, including MS Office Suite, familiarity with Excel
- Good cooperation skills and able to deal with potential conflicts in diverse situations
- Maintain a professional and clear communication with employees
- Ability to teach and explain the company's policies and procedures
- Be able to give constructive feedback and supervise teamwork
- Strong multitasking and decision-making skills
- High accuracy and strong attention to detail
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Must be able to obtain a Pennsylvania Gaming License and a West Virginia Casino Employee Registration
- Must be able to work on a flexible schedule, such as holidays, overtime, and weekend availability
- Ability to work an off shift as assigned
- To have excellent knowledge of all games provided by the company and be able to apply and explain strategies and rules employed in those games
