Job Summary
Plan, coordinate, and execute daily livestream operations to maximize viewer engagement and sales performance. Support and coach Live Stream Hosts before and during broadcasts while monitoring metrics such as GMV, retention, and conversion rates. Analyze livestream data to identify opportunities for improving sales and coordinate schedules, promotional campaigns, and product launches. Troubleshoot operational issues during broadcasts and assist with training new operators. Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports for management and continuously recommend process improvements to increase efficiency. Work closely with marketing and content teams to develop livestream strategies. Fluency in Chinese and English required. Location: Artesia, CA.
Required Qualifications
- Fluent in both Chinese and English
- 1–3 years of experience in livestream operations, TikTok Shop, e-commerce, digital marketing, or related fields
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales and performance metrics
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
- Self-motivated with a strong sense of ownership and accountability
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets
