Live Programming & Entertainment Assistant

Job Summary
Setup and break down game day activations, including concourse activations, in-game props, and entertainment teams for all Milwaukee Bucks home games. Organize, ship, and maintain props and giveaways across the arena, company warehouses, and storage spaces while keeping real-time inventory. Serve as an event lead for in-arena and community events, managing logistics, scheduling, and communication for activities at Fiserv Forum and the Deer District. Assist in stage production, camera setup, and host coordination during game nights, anthems, and halftime entertainment. Maintain storage vehicles and equipment at company standards. Work nights, weekends, and holidays with availability for all home games and special events as assigned.
Required Qualifications
- Pursuit of, or recent graduate with, bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Interest in gaining knowledge of live programming and entertainment
- Outstanding interpersonal skills and a positive, upbeat personality with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines
- Availability to work ALL Milwaukee Bucks home games and other special events as assigned
- Reliable, punctual, and courteous
- Able to work nights, weekends, and some holidays
- Must have a valid driver's license and be able to pass driver's background check as required by the Milwaukee Bucks to operate company vehicles
- Unlimited physical mobility and the ability to lift a minimum of 30 pounds
- Must have successfully completed a criminal background check
