Job Summary
Moderate live streams across platforms using OBS and platform tools (TikTok Live, Shopee Live, Lazada Live), monitor chat for violations, assist the live anchor with setup and real-time support, generate performance reports on viewership and engagement, and collaborate with marketing and technical staff to ensure a seamless stream. Requires attention to detail, ability to identify inappropriate content, strong communication and teamwork, and proficiency in Thai and English to understand comments and coordinate with the team. Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with quick decision-making.
Required Qualifications
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to address potential problems proactively
- A keen eye for inappropriate content and commitment to maintaining a positive online environment
- Effective communication and collaboration skills to work within a team
- Ability to stay calm under pressure and make quick decisions in fast-paced situations
- Proficient in Thai and English to understand viewer comments and communicate effectively
- Strong technical skills with experience in live streaming software and platforms (OBS, TikTok Live, Shopee Live, Lazada Live)
- Graduating from relevant fields of study would be preferred
