Job Summary
Live-In Superintendent responsible for overseeing maintenance operations, conducting routine inspections of premises and equipment, diagnosing mechanical issues, and overseeing contractors for repairs. Must have hands-on experience with hand and power tools, read blueprints and repair manuals, and perform basic electrical and plumbing tasks. Requires strong organizational and follow-up skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage time effectively while working with minimal supervision. Role includes supervising maintenance activities, performing preventative maintenance, and ensuring safety and reliability of facilities and equipment. Licenses F89, FSD, S13, and P99 are preferred/required; a related technical college degree is recommended alongside a high school diploma or GED.
