Job Summary
Live-in Resident Manager position at Boardwalk in the Victoria, BC area. Responsibilities include rent collection and following up on defaults, LEasing and showing suites, conducting inspections (vacant and upcoming), annual suite inspections, preparing and delivering bank deposits, coordinating contractors to schedule and complete work, assisting with snow removal, cleaning, and touch-up painting, and other duties as assigned. The role requires a versatile, people-focused approach with hands-on cleaning/maintenance, flexibility to work evenings and weekends, and strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities. Candidates should have 2 years of customer service experience, may have post-secondary education in a related field (asset), be proficient with computer/web-based programs, and possess a valid Class 5 driver's license with access to a vehicle. Physical ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 10 kg is required. Relocation would be considered on request.
