Job Summary
Conduct all washing, cleaning, and basic meal preparation duties required in the kitchen. Sanitize meal preparation areas, walls, stoves, sinks, ovens, and grills. Sweep and mop all kitchen areas during and at the end of shifts. Wash dirty dishes, cutting boards, utensils, and cooking equipment. Receive and unpack deliveries, empty and re-line garbage cans, and ensure refrigerators and freezers are clean and organized. Assist the Chef with washing, peeling, and cutting ingredients. Ensure food mixers and cookers remain in good working order. Maintain high standards of honesty, efficiency, and attention to detail in a fast-paced environment while working as part of a team.
Required Qualifications

- Proof of Address
- DBS/PVG Check
- Proven experience assisting in commercial kitchen environments
- Working knowledge of food health and safety regulations
