Job Summary
Provide non-medical in-home care as a Homemaker/Companion: offer companionship and emotional support, assist with daily living activities, light housekeeping (laundry, dishes, cleaning), meal preparation, errands and transporting clients to appointments or social activities; monitor client safety and report concerns; encourage client independence while maintaining a supportive presence. Eligible for competitive pay ($17/hour or higher), weekly pay, holiday pay, PTO, direct deposit, health coverage benefits, and flexible full-time/part-time scheduling.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years old
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous experience in a caregiving or companion role
- Reliable, trustworthy and compassionate
