Job Summary
Live-In Home Health Aide providing one-to-one patient care in Brooklyn. Responsibilities include hands-on ADL support (transfers, bathing, grooming, toileting, mobility), infection-control-conscious home environment upkeep, medication and symptom monitoring, documentation in digital charting, and therapeutic engagement to support mental and physical wellness. Requires completion of an HHA program, the ability to work flexible shifts (days/evenings/overnights), a valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, CPR certification, and strong communication with supervising nurse. Required Qualifications
- Completion of a state-approved Home Health Aide program (HHA certificate)
