Job Summary
Provide compassionate, one-on-one personal care assistance, including activities of daily living, medication reminders, meal preparation, and light housekeeping. Offer companionship and emotional support to clients in Suffolk County. A valid driver's license is preferred for transportation needs. Requires a minimum of one year of HHA experience, a valid NYS HHA certificate, proof of U.S. work eligibility, and recent physical exam and immunization records. Candidates may split live-in cases with other HHAs. Weekly direct deposit and client-provided meals are included.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of HHA experience
- Valid NYS HHA Certificate
- Proof of eligibility to work in the U.S.
- Physical exam completed within the past year
- PPD or QuantiFERON within the past year, or chest X-ray within the past 5 years
- MMR immunizations within the past 10 years

- Valid driver's license
