Job Summary
Live-In Certified Home Health Aide (CHHA) specializing in Dementia/Alzheimer’s care in Glassboro, NJ. Provide goal-based client support, cognitive stimulation activities, and daily personal care (ADLs) while maintaining safety and routine for seniors with memory loss. Implement dementia-care techniques (validation, redirection, calm communication), document progress, and use caregiver technology (AxisCare) to log notes and follow care plans. Responsibilities include leading functional activities, assisting with mobility and transfers, supporting meaningful engagement, managing behavioral changes, and accompanying clients to appointments. Requires active NJ CHHA certification (preferred), memory-care experience, and ability to reside with the client full-time in a live-in arrangement. Required Qualifications
