LIVE-IN HHA/PCA - QUEENS

Job Summary
Join our team as a live-in Home Health Aide (HHA) or Personal Care Aide (PCA) providing compassionate care to elderly patients or those recovering from surgeries. Responsibilities include assisting clients with personal hygiene, medication management, mobility, meal preparation, and housekeeping duties. Candidates must have a valid driver's license, be physically capable of lifting clients, and be available for various shifts. A minimum of one year of relevant experience is required, alongside NYS certification.
Required Qualifications
- NYS Certified HHA or PCA certification
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Ability to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds
- Willingness to enforce health and safety standards
- Ability to act in a compassionate and supportive manner
- Available to work different shifts, including nights and/or weekends
- High School Diploma or equivalent/Experience as a Caregiver, PCA, HHA, or completion of a CNA Program
Desired Qualifications
- Hoyer Lift Experience
- Prior experience in a healthcare, hospitality, or in-home care environment (minimum of 1 year)
